Looking at the pictures on this page, smiling, remembering when my husband, Dave, and I had so much fun on this day at the beach. We only had one day, so we stayed in a hotel with a view of the ocean from our balcony. Before we went to sleep, we stood on the balcony with our arms wrapped around each other, absorbing the sounds of the ocean and the beauty of the night.
In the sleepy morning hours, we awoke to the crashing of the waves, seagulls, the early morning sounds of the beach, savoring every moment; soft words spoken, the breeze, smells, sounds of our beautiful surroundings. With only one special day, we paused to reflect on what we were about to discover, saying to each other, “This is wonderful. I’m loving it!”
My husband is a pastor, and we had the opportunity to travel to Virginia Beach so he could officiate our friends’ wedding at Virginia Beach. Reminiscing, we reflected on our own lovely—and snowy—outdoor wedding four years earlier.
Arriving at Virginia Beach, I was so excited to shop for a new bathing suit, which was unusual. I had lost thirty pounds having faithfully taken Plexus supplements. Dave bought me a black dress with exquisite back detail, along with a big brimmed straw hat. He smiled and told me he wanted to take my picture while wearing it on the beach. Sounded like fun to me! Our day on the beach was special, and I hold it dear to my heart. I felt alive and was being true to who God created me to be: laughing, posing, and being silly.
Two years ago, this day on the beach would have been very different. After much prayer, God led me to Plexus natural, plant-based supplements, and my body became healthy from the inside out. My cravings for carbohydrates and sugar were gone. I no longer suffered with IBS and acid reflux, and I could sleep peacefully all night. The joint pain in my hands had disappeared, and there was a renewed vibrancy to my skin and hair. Before Plexus, I had lost the essence of me as my health deteriorated. On this day, my zest for life had returned, and my spirit was rejuvenated. Passion filled me with energy and excitement to live my life in every way.
What does it mean to live your life? Living life to the fullest is finding the courage to face fears and believe we have endless possibilities. In making the most of what we have and being all that God created us to be, our senses are fully engaged in the moment. In choosing to live—truly live—our life, we allow God to open us up to the magnificent life experiences waiting for us.
