Both Refreshing & Aids with Headaches and Anxiety

INGREDIENTS
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender or 10 -12 drops lavender essential oil
- Ice water, about 10 cups
- 6 large lemons, juiced
- Lavender sprigs for garnish
- Blue or purple food coloring optional
- Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Remove from heat; add lavender/oil.
- Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
- Combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey, and Lavender oil in a large glass pitcher.
- Add more water or honey to taste.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Garnish with sprigs of lavender.
- Serve over ice.
