Both Refreshing & Aids with Headaches and Anxiety

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender or 10 -12 drops lavender essential oil
  • Ice water, about 10 cups
  • 6 large lemons, juiced
  • Lavender sprigs for garnish
  • Blue or purple food coloring optional
  • Ice cubes

 

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • Remove from heat; add lavender/oil.
  • Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
  • Combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey, and Lavender oil in a large glass pitcher.
  • Add more water or honey to taste.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Garnish with sprigs of lavender.
  • Serve over ice.
