Almost a year in and something that was just a vision has now grown into something phenomenal. Everyone involved can gladly say that this past year has been awesome, and our mission to form a worldwide sisterhood where we can educate, equip and empower women across the globe has achieved great success so far and continues moving forward. The BeauTeeful You Project is a community of women who work together to spread motivation, optimism and positivity—what we like to refer to as M.O.P.—throughout the lives of every female we touch.
Our journey into growing our vision for this project first began through our social media channels and BeauTeeful You Facebook group. However, we are so proud to announce that we have now created our first on-the-ground chapter in Columbia, South Carolina, where we took the virtual platform to a physical, monthly sisterhood meetup. We have also expanded into hosting our Vision Board Parties, which are intended to help every “BeauTee” with setting goals and supporting each woman along the way to achieving them. We all work together to provide tools and resources, such as feedback and follow-up sessions, to ensure that all that is needed for success is implemented and that those goals are achieved.
Through the many projects we have completed and plan for in the future, we continue to strive to make a powerful impact throughout the city. Two of our recent projects were our Operation Turkey Harvest, where we collected perishable items and created Thanksgiving baskets for families in need, and our Put a Smile on Every Child project in which we fundraised and donated gifts to a local orphanage.
On the horizon, we have a lot in store for the BeauTeeful You Project. Soon we will be hosting a Fix My Own Credit seminar to educate chapter BeauTees and members of the community to set a path to financial freedom, as well as a seminar in April that will focus on home buying and budgeting 101. We’re also currently collaborating with the Crème del la Crème talent agency out of Orlando, Florida, to bring our new show to Columbia, South Carolina, later in 2017, which is sure to be the first of its kind. We have major plans for our show to exceed audience expectations through its primary focus on “every woman is beauteeful.”
Although we all work very hard to spread M.O.P. and have a positive impact on the lives of women from all around the world, we all still need a little relaxation time every now and then! That’s why in 2017 we will be taking our very first R&R group cruise to the Bahamas! This trip will provide each woman with the perfect opportunity to rest and recuperate, relax and renew.
Within the first year of the BeauTeeful You Project, we have successfully spread M.O.P. throughout the lives of women from states across the entire nation. That’s not all: BeauTeeful You has officially gone global! We have taken our project past the U.S. and into South Korea, the Philippines, India, the West Indies, and we continue to grow at an international scale that will go even farther.
Starting February 1, 2017, we will be offering open enrollment for the entire month for others to join the BeauTeeful You Project and start a BeauTeeful You project chapter in their area. We encourage each and every woman to enroll and continue to work with us by spreading M.O.P. and making a difference in their communities.
Each month we launch a new BeauTeeful You design for our shirts, tanks and hoodies, which so far have been a big hit with our ladies! To be a part of the BeauTeeful You community, just log on to www.beauteefulyou.com and make sure to get your new BeauTeeful You shirt in your favorite designs. Once you’ve received your shirt, simply take a BeauTeeful selfie while wearing it and post it on your social media pages to share what you are now part of with the rest of the world! We have a lot of exciting things in the near future coming your way, and we would love to have each and every woman be a part of it.
